Chinese and Russian ordinary passport holders should check current visa-on-arrival eligibility before paying for a tourist visa service. Passport type, previous travel and the intended purpose of the visit matter. The airline and relevant authority should confirm the conditions for your departure date.
Do not group different travel documents together
Rules for an ordinary mainland Chinese passport need not match those for Hong Kong, Macau or another travel document. Likewise, a non-standard Russian travel document needs its own check. Give the precise document type when seeking guidance, without sending its number.
Prepare the travel details
