Describe the business in practical terms
Write a short example of a real transaction: what you sell, who buys it, where the work happens and where goods move. A remote consultancy, local shop and import business can have very different operational needs. This makes the jurisdiction discussion concrete.
Compare more than registration cost
Ask each proposed authority to confirm the permitted activity, location requirements, legal form, shareholder rules and operational permissions. Compare premises, visa capacity and required external approvals alongside setup and renewal costs.
Build a first-year and renewal budget
Separate registration and licence fees from workspace costs, immigration administration, staff-related tasks and professional assistance. Request renewal and amendment charges too. A first-year promotional package is not the whole long-term budget.
Keep related decisions separate
Do not assume a company structure guarantees bank account opening, immigration approval or a particular tax outcome. Those questions need their own assessment. Choose the jurisdiction after confirming the exact business model and permitted operations.
