A separate category with its own criteria
Green Residence for self-employment should not be treated as an automatic benefit of buying a standard freelance permit. The GDRFA service page lists a MOHRE self-employment permit and specific qualification and financial criteria. Ask for the exact immigration category in the quotation so that a marketing label does not obscure the actual application.
Read the published criteria together
GDRFA lists a bachelor’s degree, specialised diploma or equivalent and annual self-employment income of at least AED 360,000 for the preceding two years, or evidence of financial solvency during the stay. The service also lists passport validity and permit requirements. These conditions need authority assessment; satisfying one item alone does not establish approval.
Ask which evidence is accepted
Before sending financial or qualification records, ask the authority or responsible provider which documents and formats are needed for your case. Clarify whether attestation, translation or additional evidence is requested. Do not substitute a general website checklist for the current application-specific requirements.
Begin with an eligibility discussion
Tell Dubai Visa about your activity, relevant permit, qualifications and whether you want to discuss Green Residence or a standard freelance route. An initial enquiry can use a summary without bank statements or other sensitive documents. Request the proposed route, evidence checklist, fee breakdown and service-provider details before proceeding.
