Start with your activity, not a package name

Separate residence preparation
If you also need residence, ask which additional forms, passport-validity rules, photo specifications and current-status documents apply. The UAE Government explains that residence processing includes medical fitness for applicants aged 18 and over and an Emirates ID application. The permit, medical appointment, ID process and residence decision should be listed as separate steps in your plan.
If you already have a UAE visa
Tell the provider who currently sponsors you and whether you intend to keep that residence or replace it. Ask which declarations, permissions or cancellation steps apply to your route. Do not cancel an existing arrangement on the assumption that a new permit automatically gives you residence. Confirm the sequence and any dependent-family implications first.
A practical preparation checklist
Prepare a short activity description, passport expiry date, current location, current visa category and expiry, intended application timing, and any existing permit details. Keep education or professional evidence available if the selected activity requires it. Send only the necessary information after the provider and process have been agreed; never share account passwords or one-time codes.
